Converting Leads
We have a proven process in place for every realtor client referred. The client is called upon your request. If no answer we leave a voicemail, then text the client with an application link. The client is then added to our automated system that will text them and remind us to call them. This will continue until the application is taken.

Every Thursday we send out the latest rates and newest programs to all our realtor partners. It is a short text with a link to our rate sheet page. It is updated every Thursday morning and the text is sent between 10:30am-12pm.
